I only provide Tracked Shipping via Royal Mail. This is to ensure that both myself and my customers are protected in ensuring the whereabouts of their order once shipped. Please check your emails where you will find a record of your tracking number once shipped. Keep a note of this should you wish to locate your item. Please understand that any shipment times are estimates and controlling this or how the parcel is handled is out of my hands once I have shipped your order. If you live outside of the EU this may take up to 14 working days to arrive. During busy holiday periods it is always advised to make a purchase ahead of time to avoid any disappointments.

Non EU Tracked Shipping: 5-7 working days

AGBG is a nomadic UK business operating solely by myself out of my tiny home on wheels. This means that the time taken to package orders can vary. The beauty of handmade is that thoughtfulness goes into your packaging and I regularly practice finding signal to check on orders.
