Returns & Refunds

I accept returns if you no longer feel the product is for you. However, you must contact me within 14 days after receiving your order to arrange a return & refund. It is your responsibility to return the item to me safely within 14 days in its original unused state provided with undamaged internal packaging. You must cover your own postage costs. I can only refund you once I receive the item.
In the unlikely event that (as an overseas customer) your parcel is refused and returned back to me unexpectedly, I can offer you a full refund once I receive your parcel.

In the unlikely case of postal damage:
I always ensure that your items are carefully packaged to protect them from damage.  However, if this happens in the hands of the postage system, you may contact me within 14 days of receiving your item with photos of its condition to arrange a return.  I can only provide a full refund once the item has been shipped back to me. Once I receive the item, we can arrange whether you would like a full refund or (where possible) for me to fix the item and send it back to you.
Sale items and Custom made items cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund, unless in the unlikelihood that they arrive damaged in the post. Again, you must contact me within 14 days to arrange this.
Please note that as a small independent business, I am not responsible or able to control the process in which your parcel is handled on its journey to you once it leaves my studio.
